At Vuex Travel, our commitment is to provide you with outstanding service and seamless travel experiences. To ensure clarity and transparency in our terms, we have instituted the following No Refund Policy:

  • Consultation Fees:

All consultation fees for our travel planning services, including personalized itineraries, VIP consultations, and recommendations, are non-refundable. This fee compensates for the time and expertise dedicated to creating a personalized travel plan tailored to your preferences.

Booking Deposits:

Deposits made for services involving reservations (accommodations, activities, and transportation) are non-refundable. This includes cases where upfront payments are required to secure reservations.

  • Change of Plans:

In the event of client-initiated cancellations or changes in travel plans, refunds will not be provided. This policy accounts for the time and resources invested in the planning and coordination of the trip.

  • Force Majeure Events: 

In situations beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other force majeure events, refunds may not be possible due to contractual obligations with third-party service providers. We are committed to exploring alternative options or rescheduling possibilities. 

  • Unused Services:

Clients are accountable for any unused services or components of the travel plan. Refunds will not be issued for services not utilized, and clients are encouraged to review the itinerary thoroughly.

By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to the terms of our No Refund Policy. We strongly recommend obtaining travel insurance to mitigate unforeseen circumstances that may impact on your plans.

Emergency Travel Bag Return and Refund Policy:

  • Inspection of Emergency Travel Bags (ETB):
  • Upon arrival, ETBs should be inspected to ensure all items are accounted for. Any shortages must be reported within 10 business days.
  • Defective Items: In the case of defective items, we will replace the item and cover the return shipping cost. Only the defective item will be replaced, not the entire survival kit.
  • Dissatisfaction and Returns: ETBs can be returned if all items are in their original packaging. Returns are accepted within 10 business days of the order placement, minus the shipping costs.
  • Billing Discrepancies: Any billing discrepancies must be reported within 30 days.
  • Defective Merchandise: Notification of defective merchandise must be made within 30 days, and a replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost. 
  • Shipping Damage: If an item is damaged during shipment, the customer should contact the shipping carrier (e.g., UPS) directly.
  • Order Placement Errors: If an order is placed in error, the product total will be refunded upon the return of products. However, shipping charges and return shipping costs will not be refunded. 
  • Food and Water Products: Due to legal restrictions, refunds for any food or water products cannot be issued. 
  • COVID-19 Impact: Orders returned for reasons other than defective merchandise due to the impact of COVID-19 will incur a restocking fee, and shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • Cancellation Fees: Orders canceled before shipment will incur a 4% cancellation fee if placed on a credit/debit card.
